5. Copy of cancelled cheque        or bank statement.

6. Passport sized photograph      of applicant

PARTNERSHIP

LIST OF DOCUMENTS

1. Partnership deed along with PAN card

2. Valid Email id and mobile nuber of firm (FOr OTP)

3. PAN card and Address proofs of all partners

4. Passport sized photograph of all partners

5. Address proof of place of business (If rented, Rent deed along with latest electricity bill/water bill/ landline bill)

6. Authority letter in favour of one partner.

7. cancelled cheque or bank statement of firm.

COMPANY

LIST OF DOCUMENTS

1. Certificate of incorporation of company

2. PAN card of company

3. Valid Email id and mobile number of company (For OTP)

4. PAN card and address proof of all directors

5. Passport sized photograph of all directors

6. DIN of all directors

7. Valid mobile number and email id of all directors

8. Address proof of place of business (If rented, Rent deed along with latest Electricity bill/ water bill/ landline bill)

9. Board resolution authorizing one director sign the application on behalf of company.

10. Cancelled cheque or bank statement of company

LLP

LIST OF DOCUMENTS

1. Certificate of incorporation of LLP.

2. PAN card of LLP

3. Valid mobile number & Email id of LLP (For OTP)

4. PAN card and address proofs of all designated partners.

5. Valid Email id and mobile number of all designated partners.

6. DIN of all Designated partners.

7. Passport sized photograph of all designated partners.

8. Address proof of place of business (If rented, rent deed aling with latest electricity bill/ water bill/ landline bill)

9. Cancelled cheque or bank statement of LLP.

10. Board resolution authorizing one designated partner to sign application on behalf of LLP.
