1. Check the name availability

Applicant have to login into their account on MCA Website. (Pro-existing users can use earlier account or new users have to create a new account.)

After Login use have to click on the icon “RUN” in MCA Service. An online form shall be open. Applicants have to fill the information online. (This form can’t be download).

2. Details/Documents required to be mentioned in online form.

  • DIN (Director Identification Number) of all designated partners.

  • PAN of all individual that are proposed to be appointed as a designated partners in a LLP

  • Identity proofs (Driving License/passport, voter’s id) and addresses proofs (Adhar card/Light bill/bank statement) of all designated partners.

  • Passport sized photograph of all designated partners.

  • Address proof of registered office of LLP.

  • Digital Signatures of all designated partners so as to submit the incorporation form on MCA portal.

  • Proof of Office address (Conveyance/ Lease deed/ Rent Agreement etc. along with rent receipts);

  • NOC from the owner of the property.

  • Copy of the utility bills (not older than two months)

  • Subscriber Sheet including Consent.

3. Filing incorporation form FILLIP and further procedure.

  1. 1. Fill the Information in Form: (FiLLiP). This is the basic form for incorporation LLP. In which details of all proposed designated partners, partners, capital contribution, and registered office of LLP are to be mentioned and all the supporting documents needs to be attached as asked in the form.

  2. 2. After fulfilling the above requirement, click on CHECK FORM tab. This button enables you to verify whether all the mandatory fields have been properly filled in and nothing left improper in the form.

  3. 3.Clicking on CHECK FORM tab, a pop up message will be displayed on your computer screen. This message will indicate any error in the form if any, or if the form is complete in all respect the message will pop up on the screen indication “CHECK FORM SUCCESSFUL. PLEASE AFIX YOUR DSC).

  4. 4. After filling the whole form and attach all the requisite documents, attach digital signature of one of the designated partner and this form must be authorised by practicing Chartered Accountant/cost accountant/company secretary.

  5. 5. On successful attachment of DSC, click on PRESCRUTINY tab. This tab verifies the validity of DSC, version of form filed etc.

  6. 6. On clicking the PRECRUTINY tab, a message will display on screen indicating any error in the form if any, or if there is no error in the form, a message “NO PRESCRUTINY ERROR HAVE OCCURRED” will be displayed.

  7. 7. Save the form and submit it. Pay requisite fees for filing the form immediately after that.

  8. 8. Once you pay the fees, acknowledgement will be generated. This acknowledgement contains the SRN (service request number), which is helpful for tracking of this form’s status

4. Preparation of LLP Agreement

After Incorporation of LLP. Partners have to execute the LLP Agreement. LLP Agreement shall execute on Stamp Paper. (Amount of Stamp Paper 1% of Capital of LLP). LLP Agreement shall be file in e-form LLP-3
